I get the listings, I look after the clients, I prepare all marketing from photos, floor-plan, description, videos, etc. I’m simply using the agent as a vessel to advertise on the portals, collect leads, qualify them. And pay them a cut of the commission for doing so. I then hold the power that if I feel the agent isn’t handling the enquiries correctly, I move it to the next. The aim is not to cut out the agent, but to instead make sure the standard of marketing is of a higher standard, and the price is right. Therefore it’s a win win for all parties.
